The task was formidable. UnitedHealthcare’s Military & Veterans division acquired a new contract that would bring into its system millions of service members looking for care, coverage, and guidance. UHC M&V staffing needed to expand quickly. Among their challenges was integrating a new and geographically diverse team committed to customer service. Together, we created an internal communications plan to build a strong company culture by keeping personnel informed, engaged—and most of all, proud. With email newsletters, design, video, and more, Touchpoint bridged the gap.
