Q&A with Jenn Blake, Touchpoint Media Digital Campaign Manager
Beyoncé worshiper, cheesehead, shoe addict. Oh, and she was on MTV’s TRL back in the mid-aughts. Those are arguably the four most important facts about Jenn Blake, but continue reading to learn more about our talented, jet-setting digital campaign manager.

What do you do in your role as digital campaign manager for Touchpoint Media?
I work with our team of designers and account managers to develop email campaigns that I code, test, send, and analyze in addition to other digital projects.

What brought you to Touchpoint and what were you doing before?
I was working as a digital publishing developer for another marketing firm in Minneapolis when I received a message from Steve Farbman (Touchpoint CEO) about an opening.

So far, what has been your favorite Touchpoint project?
My favorite Touchpoint project was a series of emails we created for the Small Business Banking division for Bank of America. We were able to incorporate animated GIFs, personalization, and infographics while delivering results. It was a challenging project but exciting to see it all come together in the end.

How do you see your role changing in the future?
I see more diversity in the types of projects I work on as we expand further into the digital space. More integration of digital platforms with our existing print publications and design campaigns, as well as new and different projects as we continue to grow and evolve our content solutions in the ever-changing digital space.

What is the best part of your job?
In addition to working with a variety of interesting clients, I have to say it’s my coworkers. Everyone is willing to help each other out and always open to new ideas. It’s so much easier to work when you get along with everyone in the office. They’re a pretty fun group of people to be around.

What would you tell someone interested in working at Touchpoint?
Do it! We have a good mix of clients from different industries, so the work never gets stale. The people are amazing and there’s a great work/life balance.

What are you most passionate about outside of work?
Traveling and dogs. In the past two years I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to travel all over Europe and it’s really given me the travel bug. I want to see as many countries as possible. I also have the sweetest 5-year-old dog, Sophie. But I love all dogs and dream of the day I can own a bunch of land for all my puppies. I just have to get my husband on board with the plan.
