Accounting & Office Coordinator

Touchpoint Media is a growing custom content and communications company that specializes in print and digital platforms with editorial and production teams in Minneapolis and New York and clients ranging from local businesses to Fortune 100 companies.

We are looking for a rockstar accounting and office coordinator. The position is 20 hours per week, but could be full time based on the candidate. Work days and hours are flexible. In this position you will manage accounts receivable and accounts payable for the organization. Specific, on-the-job training will be provided. As Accounting and Office Coordinator you will have the following responsibilities:


  • Perform accounts payable function including coding and input of vendor invoices, generate weekly check run
  • Perform accounts receivable function including sales order and invoice creation and daily cash/credit card deposit submission
  • Create and maintain job ticket documentation all the way through to job completion
  • Prepare and analyze monthly project budget reports
  • Make collection calls as instructed by sales staff and generate delinquency reports
  • Update commissions spreadsheets monthly for employees and external sales reps
  • Record time and attendance including tracking of sick and vacation time and reporting
  • Setup and maintain jobs/reporting in time tracking software
  • Special projects as assigned


Desired qualifications: Two year degree in Accounting and/or 2-5 years of progressively responsible financial business experience, Intermediate PC (Excel/Word) spreadsheet skills, experience with design and printing a plus
